 Dr. Caleb King, Th.D., DBS, DB, D.Min
 
The firstborn of Pastor Alan and Shelley King, Caleb was raised in a Christian home. At the age of 19, he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior. After spending a couple of years searching for God’s purpose in his life, he felt the Lord’s call to preach His Word. Caleb holds doctorate degrees in Theology, Biblical Studies, Bible, and Ministry from Slidell Baptist Seminary, his father’s alma mater. He currently serves as the youth pastor at Zion and is an active member of the bus ministry. Caleb has a passion for young people and for addressing the needs of the community, making him a valuable addition to our church. He is married to Laura Emilie King, and they welcomed their first child in May of this year. Caleb has had the opportunity to preach at revivals, youth rallies, and homecomings. He also preaches on the church’s radio ministry, which airs on WIGN on Tuesdays at 2:00 p.m., as well as on our Spotify radio app ministry.
