Dr. D. Alan King, Th.D
 
Alan was saved on March 18, 1991, at the age of twenty. He received God’s calling in June of 1991 and has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ ever since. He graduated from Christian Bible College with a Bachelor of Theology and from Slidell Baptist Seminary with a Master of Theology and a Doctor of Theology, majoring in Bible Theology and minoring in Christian Counseling. Alan pastored in Erwin, TN, for ten years before joining Zion Baptist Church in 2008. He has been married to his wonderful wife, Shelley, for the past eighteen years, and they have five children: Caleb, Gracen, Jordan, Lindsey, and Cameron. Pastor King is available for several revival meetings each year.
